This project is a development of 28 micro-units on a 13-metre-wide lot with single-lane access to the rear parking.

The works included sanitary sewers, storm sewers, water supply, grading, laneway, and parking. With the support of the City of St. Catharines, we overcame the grading and drainage challenges within the tight conditions.
