Chicory Meadows is a freehold subdivision including 50 homes. It is one of the first projects in Niagara Region designed according to New Urbanist/Traditional Neighbourhood Design principles.

We overcame the challenges associated with replacing conventional neighbourhood design principles with traditional design principles.
