Warbler Place offers a unique design for the redevelopment of a portion of the Seaway Mall into a diverse residential neighbourhood.
The project is based upon traditional neighbourhood design principles, with condominium tenure. To facilitate this, the sanitary sewers, storm sewers and water system had to be designed with great flexibility to accommodate the continued functioning of the Seaway Mall during the development of the project. The civil engineering work included the design of sanity sewers, storm sewers (including storm water management), a private water system and a system of private streets.
